Advance Auto Parts Names Adam Bergman as Vice President, Investor and

ROANOKE, Va., Feb. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Advance Auto Parts, Inc. announced today that Adam Bergman has been named to the position of Vice President, Investor and Media Relations. Mr. Bergman will be responsible for communications with investors, financial analysts, media outlets and news professionals.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bergman worked for Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., based in Chesapeake, Virginia as Director of Investor Relations. He also worked for Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas Asset Management and Scott & Stringfellow Financial, Inc., both based in Norfolk, Virginia, as a research analyst. He received his Certificate in Investor Relations from the University of California at Irvine and his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
