Activeion Cleaning Solutions, LLC, and Tennant Company Announce Licensing Agreement of Tennant’s ec-H2O™ Technology for use in Handheld Cleaning Devices

Activeion Cleaning Solutions, LLC, and Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC) today announced they have entered into a technology partnership where Activeion is the exclusive licensee of Tennant’s patent-pending ec-H2O (electrically-converted water) for handheld spray applications. ec-H2O is a technology that transforms water into a powerful cleaner. Activeion’s first product under the license is the Activeion Pro: a portable, user-friendly sprayer that provides an on-demand cleaning solution for professional cleaners. Effective on a range of surfaces from glass and stainless, to wood and carpet, the initial target markets for Activeion Pro are education, retail, hospitality, and health care.
