A10 Networks Prices IPO At Top End Of Range

(RTTNews) - A10 Networks, Inc. said Thursday that it has priced its initial public offering of 12.5 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15 per share, which is the top end of its previously estimated range of $13 to $15 per share.

Of the 12.5 million shares of A10 Networks common stock offered, 9 million shares are offered by A10 Networks and 3.5 million shares are offered by selling stockholders.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1.875 million shares of common stock offered by the selling stockholders at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments.

The company's shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, March 21 under the symbol "ATEN."

The offering is expected to close on March 26.
