A.M.Castle CFO Scott Stephens Resigns; Names Patrick Anderson Interim CFO

(RTTNews) - A.M. Castle & Co. (CAS) Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Scott Stephens has resigned to pursue other opportunities. The company named Patrick Anderson as interim finance chief, effective today.

Anderson joined A.M. Castle in 2007 as vice president, corporate controller & chief accounting officer. Before that, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where he provided accounting and auditing services primarily to large publicly held multinational companies in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

The company said it will evaluate candidates for the permanent position of CFO.
