The 2013 Porsche 911 is equipped with a horizontally opposed six cylinder engine in either 3.4-liter, or 3.8-liter options.  The 3.4-liter engine produces 350 horsepower and 287 lb.-ft of torque, while the 3.8-liter option is good for 400 horsepower and 325 lb.-ft of torque. Either engine will send to 60 mph at a heart racing rate, but drivers who are looking for the top of the line performance would be most satisfied with a turbo charged 3.8-liter engine paired with a PDK automatic transmission.  All of the new 2013 Porsche 911 models have been gone over inside and out to become better performers.
