18th Annual PTC/USER World Event 2007 Draws Record Attendance

PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC), the Product Development Company® today announced record attendance at the 18th annual PTC/USER World Event 2007 held June 3-6, in Tampa, Florida. The conference attracted more than 2,028 attendees representing 739 companies and 25 countries around the world. PTC/USER is an independent not-for-profit organization comprised of users of PTC software. The 18th annual PTC/USER World Event included the launch of Windchill® 9.0, the latest release of PTC’s production-proven content and process management software and Windchill MPMLink™, an integral module of Windchill 9.0, for manufacturing process management (MPM). Attendees participated in more than 260 business and technical conference presentations over 18 tracks and took advantage of 64 hours of optional hands-on training on Arbortext®, Pro/ENGINEER®, Windchill® and Mathcad®. PTC/USER also featured an exhibit hall that hosted more than 115 demonstrations of the latest tools and technologies from PTC and members of the PTC/USER Industry Partner program, including members of the PTC Channel Advantage™ and PTC Partner Advantage™ programs, such as IBM, HP and Sun. Eight regional winners representing North America, Europe and Asia were announced at the PTC/USER World Event.
