The Portfolio will seek to outperform the MSCI Europe Total Return Net Dividend (the “Benchmark”). The Portfolio will invest all or part of the net proceeds of Shares in (i) transferable securities (ii) exchange traded and OTC financial derivative instruments, (iii) money market instruments, (iv) other collective investment schemes and (v) deposits, cash or cash equivalents. At least 51% of the value of the Portfolio will be invested on an ongoing basis in holdings in equity securities that are authorised for official trading on a stock exchange or included in an organised market.
