There can be no assurance that the Sub-Fund will achieve its investment objective. The Sub-Fund is Actively Managed in reference to a benchmark. The benchmark is the MSCI China A Net Return Index (Bloomberg ticker MBCN1A) (the "Benchmark"). The Investment Manager will use its discretion to invest in companies and sectors not included in the Benchmark in order to take advantage of investment opportunities and whilst the risk profile of the Sub-Fund and the Benchmark are similar, the Sub-Fund does not seek to track the Benchmark.
