The primary objective is to maintain the net asset value of the undertaking either constant at par (net of earnings) or at the value of the investors’ initial capital plus earnings. In pursuit of its investment objective the Fund shall invest in assets that are eligible for investment by a money market fund, which will include fixed or floating rate instruments including but not limited to commercial paper, floating rate notes, certificates of deposit, freely transferable promissory notes, debentures, asset-backed securities, bonds and covered bonds.
