The objective of the sub-fund is to offer investors, through active portfolio management, exposure to the bond market and more particularly to convertible bonds. Issuers are selected, without any geographical or sectoral constraints, on the basis of ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria. The sub-fund has a sustainable investment objective according to SFDR. The sustainability approach is based on the following threefold commitment: (1) defend fundamental rights, (2) not to finance controversial activities that could affect the long-term reputation of investments and (3) to promote best practices and best efforts with regard to sustainability.
