New York, March 05, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody"s) downgraded Permian Holdings, Inc.'s ("Permian") Corporate Family Rating to Caa1 from B3 and the Probability of Default Rating to Caa1-PD from B3-PD. At the same time, Moody's downgraded Permian's senior secured notes to Caa1 from B3. The outlook was revised to negative.
