Municipal Guarantee Board -- Moody's: Finland's Municipal Guarantee Board Outlook Revised to Negative; Aaa Rating Affirmed

London, 09 June 2015 -- Moody's Public Sector Europe ("MPSE") has today affirmed the Aaa issuer rating of Municipal Guarantee Board (MGB) and changed the outlook to negative from stable. This action follows the recent action taken on the government bond rating of Finland (Aaa, Negative), given the very strong correlation between MGB and the sovereign credit risk
