New York, May 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned the Aa3 rating to Custodial Receipts (Deutsche Bank), Series 2016-XF1054D (the Custodial Receipts) Relating to The Health and Educational Facilities Board of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee Revenue Bonds (Vanderbilt University Medical Center) Series 2016A (the Bonds). The rating of the Custodial Receipts is also under review for possible downgrade.
