London, 14 September 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the appointment of Elavon Financial Services Limited ("the Bank") in the roles of account bank, custodian and principal paying agent in replacement of Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the outstanding notes ("Notes") of Invesco Mezzano B.V.
