New York, February 11, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the continued appointment of Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (Deutsche Bank) as Trustee to Dryden 40 Senior Loan Fund, (the "Issuer") will not in and of itself and at this time result in the reduction or withdrawal by Moody's with respect to any current rating by Moody's of any Class of Secured Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the continued appointment of Deutsche Bank as Trustee could have non-credit-related effects.
