Zoe's Kitchen CFO Jason Morgan Quits

(RTTNews) - Zoe's Kitchen, Inc. (ZOES) said Thursday that its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jason Morgan, has resigned, effective June 18, to pursue other business interests.

The company said it has begun a search for Morgan's successor.

Zoe's Kitchen said Morgan's departure was not related to any disagreement with the company's board of directors, audit committee or the company's auditors.

James Besch, the company's Controller, will serve as principal financial officer as Zoës Kitchen considers candidates for the Chief Financial Officer role. Besch has served as Controller since January 2013 and Vice President of Accounting since April 2014.
