Xerox Plans Live Webcast of Shareholders Meeting on Acquisition of Affiliated Computer Services
Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) will host a live audio webcast of the company’s special meeting for shareholders on Feb. 5.
This meeting has been scheduled to obtain shareholder approval for Xerox to complete its acquisition of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (NYSE: ACS).
A joint proxy statement was sent last month to shareholders who owned Xerox and ACS common stock at the close of business on Dec. 11, 2009. The Xerox and ACS boards of directors recommend shareholders vote in favor of the acquisition, which will transform Xerox into the world’s leading enterprise for business process and document management.
