SAO PAULO, May 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TOTVS S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: TOTS3), the leading developer of business solutions in Brazil, announces today its results of the first quarter of 2017 (1Q17). The consolidated financial statements of the Company were prepared in accordance with the accounting practices adopted in Brazil, which are in consonance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). To facilitate comparison, we have presented the proforma (unaudited) consolidated results that combine the results of TOTVS and Bematech corresponding to the last 12 months as of the first quarter of 2016 (LTM-1Q16).

• Net Revenue: R$560.1 million in 1Q17(+1.6% vs. 1Q16 and +1.9% vs. 4Q16) and R$2,192.5 million in LTM-1Q17 (-2.8% vs. LTM-1Q16 proforma).

• Recurring Revenue:R$360.8 million in 1Q17(+8.0% vs. 1Q16 and + 4.9% vs. 4Q16) and R$1,375.7 million LTM-1Q17 (+7.0% vs. LTM-1Q16 proforma).

• Annual Recurring Revenue from Software:R$1,299.7 million in 1Q17 (+9.0% vs. 1Q16 and +3.2% vs. 4Q16).

• Subscription Revenue:R$68.4 million in 1Q17 (+31.3% vs. 1Q16 and +6.7% vs. 4Q16) and R$245.6 million LTM-1Q17 (+25.2% vs. LTM-1Q16 proforma).

• Annual Recurring Revenue from Subscription:R$280.7 million in 4Q16 (+36.2% vs. 1Q16 and +8.0% vs. 4Q16).

• Adjusted EBITDA:R$90.1 million in 1Q17 (-21.4% vs. 1Q16 and +48.4% vs. 4Q16) and R$334.3 million LTM-1Q17 (-24.2% vs. LTM-1Q16 adjusted proforma).

• Adjusted Net Income:R$31.4 million in 1Q17 (-36.9% vs. 1Q16 and +5.6% vs. 4Q16) and R$143.7 million LTM-1Q17 (-43.1% vs. LTM-1Q16 adjusted proforma).
