Time Warner Names Tom Santiago Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate

Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX) today announced that Tom Santiago has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate. Mr. Santiago will oversee the company’s recently consolidated real estate and facilities group, which supports all of Time Warner’s divisions including HBO, Time Inc., Turner Broadcasting Systems, and Warner Bros. He will be responsible for helping to execute the company's shared strategy for real estate by optimizing its portfolio and improving the efficiency of its operations. Mr. Santiago will report to John Martin, Time Warner Inc.’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Most recently, Mr. Santiago served as Managing Director of Real Estate for Citigroup where he managed a 35-million square foot portfolio across North America and oversaw an organization of more than 600 people. In that role, he also developed and executed a successful shared services real estate strategy. Before serving as Managing Director, Mr. Santiago spent 10 years in other executive real estate positions at Citigroup dealing with domestic and international operations. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Santiago worked as a manager and project leader on major construction projects for various firms.

Mr. Santiago graduated from NYU and is involved in civic volunteer efforts including the mentoring program for New York City high school students in architecture, construction and engineering.
