SunCom Wireless Announces Completion of Change of Control Offer Relating to its 8 1/2% Senior Notes due 2013

SunCom Wireless, Inc. (the "Company”), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of T-Mobile USA, Inc., today announced that as of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on April 8, 2008, it had received tenders from holders of $4,000,000 (or approximately 0.55 percent of the aggregate principal amount) of the Company’s 8 1/2% Senior Notes due 2013 (the "Notes”) pursuant to its change of control offer to repurchase the Notes for cash (the "Offer”). The Offer was commenced on March 10, 2008, and expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on April 8, 2008. Notes purchased in the Offer will be paid for on April 10, 2008. T-Mobile USA completed its acquisition of the Company on February 22, 2008. About T-Mobile USA, Inc.
