Lawyers have today confirmed that some 510,000 shares which were previously pledged by Gary Elden as security in connection with a loan facility, arranged by him for the sole purpose of an acquisition of residential property (as previously announced on 5 November 2012), are no longer considered recovererable, having been misappropriated by a financial intermediary. The shares remain the subject of legal proceedings.
