    WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2005--NeuroMetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NURO) today said it plans to issue its 2004 fourth quarter and full year financial results before the opening of the market on Thursday, January 27, 2005. The Company's management team will host a conference call and webcast at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, on the same day, to discuss the Company's financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004. In addition, the Company will be available to answer questions concerning business and financial developments and trends, and other business and financial matters affecting the Company.
