Intertrust N.V. announces changes in senior management responsibilities

Intertrust N.V.  ("Intertrust" or "Company") [ticker symbol INTER] a leading global provider of high-value trust and corporate services announces changes in senior management responsibilities.

Amsterdam - 1 February 2016 - Johan Dejans, currently Managing Director Intertrust Luxembourg and member of the Executive Committee, will replace Angelica Thijssen as Chief Human Resources Officer.  Johan has over 25 years of experience in the trust and corporate services industry, and oversaw the growth of the Luxembourg office to 400 people in 10 years. He has been with Intertrust since 2006. Angelica Thijssen has decided to leave Intertrust to pursue other interests.

Frank Welman, Commercial Director and Deputy Managing Director Intertrust Luxembourg, has been promoted to Managing Director Intertrust Luxembourg and member of the Executive Committee of Intertrust Group. Frank joined the company in September 2015. Before joining Intertrust, Frank was Managing Director of Equity Trust and TMF Group in Luxembourg since 2005, and the Regional Head of TMF Group for Benelux since 2011.

All changes are effective 1 April 2016.
