DigitalGlobe Names Gary Ferrera EVP & CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - DigitalGlobe Inc. (DGI) announced the appointment of Gary Ferrera as Executive Vice President and CFO by March 9, 2015. Fred Graffam, who has served as Interim CFO since September 2014, will remain in the role through that time. Graffam will resume full-time responsibility for DigitalGlobe's Financial Planning & Analysis function when Ferrera joins the company.

Most recently, Ferrera served as CFO at Denver-based Intrawest Resort Holdings (SNOW). Prior to joining Intrawest, Ferrera was CFO of Great Wolf Resorts, and before that, served as CFO of National CineMedia (NCMI). He currently serves on the board of directors of Colorado Public Radio.
