The share buyback of windeln.de AG which was disclosed pursuant to art. 4 para. 2 of the Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003 on May 25, 2016 and which began on May 25, 2016, was completed on June 1, 2016. In the time period from 30 May 2016 until and including June 1, 2016 a number of 34,882 shares were bought back within the framework of the share buyback of windeln.de AG. The total number of shares which have been bought back within the framework of the share buyback in the time period from May 25, 2016 until and including June 1, 2016 amounts to 64,683 shares. The purchase price paid at the stock exchange was in average EUR 5.715 per share; the total consideration that was paid for the shares amounts to EUR 369,660.59. The purchase of the shares of windeln.de AG is carried out by a bank that has been commissioned by windeln.de AG; the shares are repurchased exclusively on the electronic trading platform of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra).
