Unterschleissheim near Munich, May 16, 2011 - The capital increase for cash from authorized capital agreed by management and supervisory board of IC Immobilien Holding AG (ISIN DE0005632160) on April, 18th 2011, 21,264 new shares were placed. The share capital increased to EUR 3,011,664, graded into 3.011.664 bearer shares. With that, the authorized capital is fully utilized until a new resolution within the next general meeting.

The new shares are participating for the business year 2011 since January, 1st and will soon be admitted to the Open Market of Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the different ISIN number DE000A1KRL31.
