Columbia Sportswear Company Q4 Income Climbs 14%
(RTTNews) - Columbia Sportswear Company (COLM) released earnings for its fourth quarter that gained ground compared to the same period last year.
The company said its bottom line advanced to $63.35 million, or $0.90 per share. This was up from $55.60 million, or $0.79 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.
Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.76 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company said revenue for the quarter rose 3.3% to $699.41 million. This was up from $676.96 million last year.
