Clear Channel Radio Recognized For Industry Achievement by the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and Radio and Records Magazine

Clear Channel Radio today announced that it was awarded with multiple trophies for both the Ninth Annual Radio & Records (R&R) Industry Achievement Awards and the 2007 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Marconi Awards. Notable R&R Award winners included John Hogan, Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Radio who won Group Executive of the Year for the fifth consecutive year, and "King of Comedy,” Steve Harvey who won syndicated personality of the year. Two of Clear Channel Radio’s personalities and an Oldies format station received Marconi Radio Awards, which recognize the industry’s outstanding talent and stations in 21 categories.
