CapMan Real Estate sells a logistics facility in Vantaa

The CapMan Real Estate I fund has sold its holdings in Kiinteistö Oy Mastolan Keskusvarasto to Kokoelmakeskus Ky. The main tenant, the National Board of Antiquities, establishes a Collections and Conservation Centre in the logistics facility.

The investors of Kokoelmakeskus Ky are a group of Finnish investors. CapMan Real Estate will remain as the asset manager.

"This property has attracted a lot of interest with investors as it is offering a stable annual rental income. We are pleased to have completed a major tenant overhaul, enabling us to sell the asset to a group of investors who appreciate predictable cash flow," says Kalle Myllymäki, Partner at CapMan Real Estate.
