Funds managed by CapMan have completed the exit from Esperi Care Oy as announced on 27 May 2016 following approval from competition authorities.

The return and cash flow impact of the exit for CapMan Plc as well as additional details regarding the transaction are presented in the stock exchange release published on 27 May 2016.
