Advanced Air and Heat Giving Free AC Tune-Ups for Irma Victims
EDGEWATER, Fla., Sept. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Air and Heat and its sister company, Palm Coast Air Conditioning, today announced they will donate a limited number of free AC tune-ups exclusively for Hurricane Irma victims (limited to scheduling and availability). They are also providing additional discounts on repair service and new AC systems to homeowners throughout their eastern Florida service area. Additional service discounts are available to all homeowners, including homeowners within their Palm Coast Air Conditioning region which extends throughout the heavily-affected St. Augustine area.
Through rebates and additional service incentives, the company is enabling homeowners affected by storms and flooding to more quickly assess damage and repair or replace their home's air conditioning system. As part of the response effort, Advanced Air and Heat is reducing their regular $85 repair service call fee to $50. Free estimates for new AC systems are available at any time; however, the company is now offering an additional $200 discount off installation of certain whole-home Generators and Air Conditioners to every customer. The $200 equipment installation discount is in addition to their current manufacturer rebates of up to $1,150 off qualifying new air conditioners.
"During hurricane clean up efforts, safe operation of a home's air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems is one of the most important priorities, especially as power is being restored," said Bob Francis, General Manager at Advanced Air and Heat. "To prevent possible damage or electrocution it is very important that homeowners have their air conditioning system checked, serviced or upgraded by a trusted professional if any flooding of the home or equipment occurred."
Advanced Air and Heat and its sister company Palm Coast Air Conditioning are providing these air conditioner incentives plus additional discounts off whole-home Generator installation, water heater installation, whole-home repiping and other plumbing services for all appointments booked by Sept. 30, 2017, although the service appointment may take place at any time thereafter. Homeowners can call 386-478-7302 or visit AdvancedAirandHeat.com/schedule-repair to set up their service appointment.
